Main level offers a spacious great room with chef's kitchen and breathtaking water and mountain views! There's also a master suite w/king bed and a full bath. There's also a ½ bath on the main level. 9' pool table available in garage!

Upstairs has 2 bedrooms and a bathroom - its so private that it feels like its own BnB! 1 bedroom has a king and the other has a queen bed and a twin sleep sofa. Both offering water views. Shared full bathroom.

Lower level has a nice family room w/large flatscreen TV & PlayStation 4. There are 2 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms on the lower level; 1 bedroom with a queen bed and the other with a queen and pyramid bunk bed.

The lower level leads out to a wonderful patio area with park-like setting. There's a hardscaped fire-pit and HOT TUB, along with lots of outdoor furniture. AMAZING water and mountain views!

Nice dock offers use of the covered boat slip and hoist (4000lb, 22' max). Floating dock, electricity & lights also available for tenant use.

PLEASE NOTE:
If you are placing your reservation thru VRBO or one of the Expedia channels and your anticipated visit is more than 90 days away, you will see 2 separate charges within 72 hours of placing your booking.  The first charge will be the VRBO Service Fee* and the second charge will be $200 which is collected by Lake Retreat Rental Properties, LLC.  From that point on, additional payments will be made directed to Lake Retreat Rental Properties, LLC.

CANCELLATION POLICY: If a reservation is cancelled with at least 90 days prior notice, 1/2 of the pre-paid rental payment will be refundable. If a reservation is cancelled within 90 days of your arrival date, no refunds will be issued. Notice of cancellation must be in writing, email is acceptable. Be sure to reference the rented property name and dates you had intended to visit.

We had an absolute blast at San Souci! The amenities were impressive, we had such a good time utilizing the personal beach area for our kids, as well as the floating dock attached to the fixed dock was great to secure our rental boat. I’m not sure there’s another property on the lake with the unbelievable views of the dam and mountain, as well as all the included amenities. We cannot wait to come back!
