The lower level has a nice family room with reclining sofa, and direct access to the lakeside patio. There is a bedroom & flex room (1 w/queen bed and the other with a full bed), plus a full bathroom with shower on the lower level. 2 large dog crates are available for use (located in the lower level storage area). CANCELLATION POLICY: If a reservation is cancelled with at least 90 days prior notice, 1/2 of the pre-paid rental payment will be refundable. If a reservation is cancelled within 90 days of your arrival date, no refunds will be issued. Notice of cancellation must be in writing, email is acceptable. Be sure to reference the rented property name and dates you had intended to visit.
