4 bedroom 4.5 bathroom home in Dixie Acres offers 3 levels of living space and a gentle walk to a wonderful dock. The main level of the home has a living room with 65" HDTV equipped w/ Blu-Ray. Two dining areas will each seat 8 comfortably. The large kitchen with a center island is fully equipped for all of your cooking needs (including a Keurig). A master suite is also found on the main level, which includes a 32" TV, plus Jacuzzi tub in the bathroom. A covered deck provides a wonderful place to take in the wide water view, or enjoy meals cooked on the gas grill.
The lower level of the home has a modern and comfortable family room with 55" TV and DVD player and a 2nd kitchen with a full refrigerator, microwave, and cook-top stove. CANCELLATION POLICY: If a reservation is cancelled with at least 90 days prior notice, 1/2 of the pre-paid rental payment will be refundable. If a reservation is cancelled within 90 days of your arrival date, no refunds will be issued. Notice of cancellation must be in writing, email is acceptable. Be sure to reference the rented property name and dates you had intended to visit.
