This charming, ranch home with finished lower level provides the luxury of a gentle walk to a quiet cove. The mature trees provide shaded areas throughout the property. Enjoy the large, covered lakefront deck located off the main level and offers outdoor furniture and a gas grill.
On the main level, you'll find the eat-in kitchen, living room with 42" flat-screen TV w/Comcast & DVD, master suite w/42" TV, guest bedroom and hall bathroom.
The lower level has 1 bedroom, 1 flex room, another bathroom, a kitchenette with refrigerator and sink (no stove), family room with 42" flat-screen TV, DVD & Comcast service. The laundry room is also located on the lower level.
Outdoor TVs offered seasonally (and weather permitting).
You can also walk directly out of the lower level to a patio that provides easy access to and from the water and Weber gas grill.
There's a fire-pit and yard games including ring toss, corn-hole and croquet available for use.
At the dock, you'll have use of the boat house w/refrigerator, as well as floating dock for boat tie-up, electricity, lights and outdoor furniture. Walk-in water!

The property offers a convenient circular driveway, driving and/or parking in the yard is strictly prohibited.

CANCELLATION POLICY: If a reservation is cancelled with at least 90 days prior notice, 1/2 of the pre-paid rental payment will be refundable. If a reservation is cancelled within 90 days of your arrival date, no refunds will be issued. Notice of cancellation must be in writing, email is acceptable. Be sure to reference the rented property name and dates you had intended to visit.
