Beautiful house, Great Stay!
-September 2021
My family of 4 (2 adults + 16 yr old boy + 12 yr old daughter) really enjoyed our 3 night stay over labor day weekend. The 3 main bedrooms are huge, so plenty of space to for a family of 6 or more. (There is even a tiny 4th bedroom with just a daybed.) The kitchen is perfectly updated/renovated. The views are beautiful from every living area. And the waterfront location with a big dock/deck is dreamy!!! The cove is cozy, but big enough to enjoy the water for swimming, kayaking, paddle boarding, etc. We brought 2 inflatable paddleboards and a pedal-kayak and my whole family had a great mini-vacation. I hope to return sometime, and hopefully for a longer stay. Highly recommended!

Very well maintained house and property, Very nice spot on the lake the Marina or public landing close by to launch your boat. Great place to just hang out on the property boat, fish, kayak, and enjoy the view of the lake.

Love the house!

The house is clean, spacious and very nicely decorated with Lake themed signs and items. The bottom floor and deck also have a Margaritaville theme alongside the lake making it fun. The walk down to the deck is relatively easy compared to most of the SML houses as it has a short wooden walkway with a very gentle slop and large spacious steps down. The dock is clean and large allowing space to lay out. Swimming was awesome in the deep and clear waters. Don't forget your hard bottom swimming shoes though to get out of the water as the two ladders (one on solid one of floating dock) do have buildup on the rungs under water as can be expected. The views are relaxing and we got to see a double rainbow! You can sun in the upstairs deck in the mornings and on the dock until late afternoon. The sun goes down the opposite side so the early evenings cool off quickly. We rented and tied a pontoon overnight with no issues. We were greeted by a Muskrat (so cute!) our first day by the water and we are all so bummed we didn't think to take his picture !!! We also had Mr & Mrs Duck, Mr & Mrs Deer (many) visitors every day as well as many song birds, blue herons and even witnessed a huge owl near by. The cove has many homes/docks so you will not be lonely watching and listening to the other families enjoy the lake. The only thing that is a bit backwards was that the kitchen is on the bottom floor, yet the main living room and entrance is on the middle floor. So when you arrive loaded with groceries you have to go in then down narrow stairs with low overhead, or go down to open deck doors so you can come back up to take your bags down and around the sloped path to the deck to enter through the deck. A bit awkward but not a big issue. We loved our stay and annual family vacation and would return if the opportunity arises! :-) PS. Very close to Parkway Marina but reserve ahead of time if you want a pontoon!
