The house sits close to the water and offers a flat yard-perfect for children and yard games.
The home offers 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (plus loft!) and has a full length screened porch off of the main level. There are 2 bedrooms on the main level, each with queen size mattresses, a bathroom and living room, sunroom and kitchen. The sunroom has a flatscreen SmarTV.
The lower level of the home has a lakeside bedroom with 2 twin beds, 2nd bathroom with walk-in shower. There's also a den with TV and access to the lakeside patio. The laundry area (HE detergrent required) is also on the lower level and has a 2nd full size refrigerator.
The loft is available and accessible via built-in ladder. There is a set of twin beds in the loft.
Enjoy use of the dock. Stationary area available for boat tie-up, w/lights and electricity. Canoe and lakeside fire-pit also available for tenant use. Sorry, covered boat slip & hoist are not available for tenant use.

If you are placing your reservation thru VRBO or one of the Expedia channels and your anticipated visit is more than 90 days away, you will see 2 separate charges within 72 hours of placing your booking. CANCELLATION POLICY: If a reservation is cancelled with at least 90 days prior notice, 1/2 of the pre-paid rental payment will be refundable. If a reservation is cancelled within 90 days of your arrival date, no refunds will be issued. Notice of cancellation must be in writing, email is acceptable. Be sure to reference the rented property name and dates you had intended to visit.
