The lower level provides hours of entertainment with a pool table, foosball table, ping pong table, TV, entertainment center and a hot tub (bromine) outside on the patio. There are also 1 additional bedroom, plus a flex room on the lower level, along with another bathroom.
The home has 4 TV's - in the living room, lower level family room, master bedroom and the other in a guest bedroom.
Outside, there is a lakeside deck and screened porch. A chain-link fenced area is located on the side of the house for pets. The garage is also available to use during your stay; It includes a handicap accessible ramp to get into the house.
The dock offers a floater for boat tie-up, large stationary deck, storage area, electricity and lights. Kayak available for use!

If you are placing your reservation thru VRBO or one of the Expedia channels and your anticipated visit is more than 90 days away, you will see 2 separate charges within 72 hours of placing your booking. CANCELLATION POLICY: If a reservation is cancelled with at least 90 days prior notice, 1/2 of the pre-paid rental payment will be refundable. If a reservation is cancelled within 90 days of your arrival date, no refunds will be issued. Notice of cancellation must be in writing, email is acceptable. Be sure to reference the rented property name and dates you had intended to visit.

MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENT: No one under the age of 25 may make a reservation. There must be one adult at least 25 years of age occupying the property. That qualifying person must provide payment via credit card for the rental deposit and is responsible for the leased property.
