Main level offers living room, dining area, kitchen and all 3 bedrooms. The living room has a large flatscreen TV/DVD and offers access to the lakeside deck as well as water views. Nicely furnished kitchen with all major appliances (and a Keurig!). Screened porch is just off the kitchen and has a beverage cooler and plenty of outdoor furniture so that everyone is comfortable!
Master suite offers king bed, 40" TV and jetted tub. Bedroom #2 has a queen bed plus 32" TV and the third bedroom has 2 twin beds.
The lower level of the home is a nice, open area and has a ping pong table, foosball table, living room furniture and large flatscreen TV/DVD.
Exit through the lakeside of the home to the COMPLETELY FLAT LOT with walkway that stretches all the way to the dock. There's a floater for boat tie-up, electricity, lights, plus a lockable storage area with small refrigerator and microwave. The dock offers 6 metal deck chairs and 2 metal bistro tables and a folding banquet table, as well as a wooden picnic table, 2 expanded metal chaise lounges with detachable cushions and white benches. Lots of seating! Fire-pit available by the shoreline.
Sorry, covered boat slip & hoist are not available for tenant use.
