This 2 bedroom, 2 bath cottage is perfect for an affordable lake get-a-way! All on one level, the home offers a nicely equipped kitchen spacious screened porch, flat yard and dock.
The comfortable living area has a flat screen TV. Past the living room, you will find the twin bedroom, laundry room, bathroom, and finally, the master ensuite with queen bed. Both bathrooms renovated in 2024!
Feel free to use the gravel driveway leading to the boat ramp on the property to launch PWC’s or small boats. The stationary dock has electricity and lights as well as an adjacent floating dock for tying up your boat. Or take a short walk across the flat, shady yard to the water's edge. You can walk right into the shallow water from the shoreline. When it warms up in the afternoon, take a paddle in one of the 2 kayaks or the canoe. At full pond, you can cool off in the water that is over 6' deep, off the end of the dock. This quiet part of the lake provides great fishing and swimming for kids and pets! In the evening, watch the deer in the yard or the ducks in the water from the screened porch. Or enjoy the sunset from the fire-pit of hot tub.
Also enjoy being VERY close to the Smith Mountain Lake State Park & Mariner's Landing Golf Community.

CANCELLATION POLICY: If a reservation is cancelled with at least 90 days prior notice, 1/2 of the pre-paid rental payment will be refundable. If a reservation is cancelled within 90 days of your arrival date, no refunds will be issued. Notice of cancellation must be in writing, email is acceptable. Be sure to reference the rented property name and dates you had intended to visit.
