The lower level has a media room, complete with 60" TV and tiered seating-perfect for movie critics of all ages! The 3rd bedroom has a king bed and adjoining bathroom (with shower) which is also shared with the game/family room. The 2nd master suite has a queen bed, TV, private shower and access to the patio. If you are placing your reservation thru VRBO or one of the Expedia channels and your anticipated visit is more than 90 days away, you will see 2 separate charges within 72 hours of placing your booking. From that point on, additional payments will be made directed to Lake Retreat Rental Properties, LLC.

CANCELLATION POLICY: If a reservation is cancelled with at least 90 days prior notice, 1/2 of the pre-paid rental payment will be refundable. If a reservation is cancelled within 90 days of your arrival date, no refunds will be issued. Notice of cancellation must be in writing, email is acceptable. Be sure to reference the rented property name and dates you had intended to visit.
