You're sure to enjoy this spacious lake home which is located on a nearly flat lot. Located in a private community nearby to the State Park, you'll find a great area for swimming as well as easy access to the main channel. There's a paved driveway and minimal steps into the home, plus a walkway that leads directly to the dock and private sea doo launch. Due to the location of the carport, the sea doo launch and carport have a height restriction of 9' 9".
The dock boasts a large stationary area with both sun and shaded areas. Sandy beach for the kiddos to play and have easy access into the water. Feel free to move around the cove in the youth size kayaks, paddleboard or paddleboat! There's also a floating dock for boat tie up, PWC port, patio furniture, outdoor fans, electricity and lights (sorry, the storage area & covered boat slips are not available for use). A hardscaped fire pit sits between the house and the dock. Basketball goal available for use.
The inside of the home offers the comfort of a true lake home. Three bedrooms, plus 1 flex room spread between 3 levels - 1 bedroom & 1 flex room on the upper level, both with a 42" TV (1 with a queen bed, the other with 2 sets of bunk beds), the main level bedroom with a king bed, 42" TV, 1 bedroom with queen on the lower level.
The master bedroom has a shared bathroom with the other areas on the main level, but offers a private entry from the bedroom. The main level also offers the fully equipped kitchen (including Keurig) with breakfast bar, sunroom, breakfast nook, dining area and living room w/50" TV (with Blu-Ray). The lower level family room has a 55" TV w/DVD, ping pong table. The lakeside deck is located just off the living room, it is equipped with a full patio set and gas grill.

CANCELLATION POLICY: If a reservation is cancelled with at least 90 days prior notice, 1/2 of the pre-paid rental payment will be refundable.
